Had some water damage from a burst pipe over a cold snap. Mike from first call showed up not long after my call, assessed the damage with full transparency walking me through the remediation recommendations. They were super responsive, professional, and did a great job on our old home. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future!

First Call was excellent right from the beginning when I called concerning a mold issue in my house. Janice took the time to answer my initial questions the first time that I called with no preasure to commit to contracting with First Call. She referred me to Mike the owner when I had questions that she thought he was better suited to answer. Mike was great from beginning to end. The technicians that performed the work were also very nice and accommodating. My wife and I were very concerned about the mold problem that we had in our house and First Call took us through the remediation process with patience and professionalism. We highly recommend First Call Restoration.

In early April we experienced one of the most difficult times we ever have ever had as homeowners. We woke up to inches of water on our first floor and pouring water from the basement ceiling. First Call Restoration came highly recommended from a family member. We called and Mike Hogan came within hours of us reaching out. He was kind, thorough, and explained everything that needed to be done to remove the water and prevent mold from growing. Early the following morning, Mike and his crew came and they began the restoration process. They were clean, efficient and left no debris behind for us to deal with. He made certain that the basement ceiling and 1st floor were dry and no mold had grown. We would highly recommend his services to anyone that finds themselves in this situation. Mike and his crew were so kind, we could not be more pleased with his work.

It was a pleasant experience working with First Call Restoration. I initially spoke with Janice, who was through and efficient setting up the appointment for someone to come and give an estimate. The date of the appointment for the estimate, Mike Hogan, was prompt and explained the process of mold remediation in detail. I received a detailed estimate the next day and was able to set up an appointment for the following week to start the work. (the estimate was the best price of all the companies that gave an estimate)
The day the job started, Mike Hogan and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. When the job was near completion, the foreman, Mark, called me to let me know when I could return to the house. I would highly recommend First Call Restoration to anyone needing their services

Due to an installation problem with my new furnace, I had serious water damage to my floors and insulation in my crawl space which resulted in a severe mold problem. First Call was able to remedy the situation in a timely fashion. They also kept me informed about what was being done. And the time frame that was expected. First coal restoration was very quick to respond to water damage that we had. They were very professional, stayed in touch with us constantly through the process, and when they gave us a time that they would be here they were always on time. We would highly recommend them.
